Leon Villarejo Ruiz is “The Chicago Connection” creator, writer & director. He is from Madrid, grew up and studied in Switzerland and now lives in Illinois. He is fluent in four languages, loves Chicago, and released his first award winning short in 2015 “Merkaritz Ink”.
